Osteo Dance - Wùo Taï - Fascia Therapy
is an alliance between dance and osteopathy, mixture of elliptical movements of two people on the floor, at the border of the gestures of today and yesterday.
This practice brings a neurological awakening and builds the internal vision.
It brings incredible therapeutical results through a combination of collaborative gestures between the giver and the receiver.
A synthesis of various disciplines harvested on a journey across continents and influenced by Asia. Wùo Taï began to sprout around 2003.
Wùo Taï doesn't require any specific physical condition and can be practiced at any age. It explores the vast variety of soothing body gestures. Through this "elliptical dance" between two beings, the connective fascial and myofascial tissues are put under tension, beginning of the neurological awakening.
Wùo Taï brings flexibility, strength, agility and balance, consciousness, and the magic of receiving what we give.
This momentum of gestures and sharings diffuses in us enchantment, life force and self-respect, at the source of the Being.
